| In recent years, the incidence and mortality of cardiac diseases are higher and higher, and these diseases blossom into one of major diseases that endanger human's health gradually. The electrocardiogram(ECG) technique proves to be one of indispensable methods because of easily operation, noninvasive,ect. As an important basic for the diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases, ECG, whether it can be detected well or not is important for clinical diagnosis. The systerm has been developed with the labview 8.6 build environment, based on research of ECG processing technic. This system not only can realize the ECG noise-removing, characteristic parameter-testing and analysis, but also make a simply medical report after reading the input ECG.The main research work of this paper are as follows.(1)This system can remove the noise from the original ECG by choosing different thresholds according to different noise. It can show the original ECG and the pre-processing ECG at the same time. In this way, we can contrast the different arithmetics, and the best threshold can be easily selected.(2)The scheme of characteristic points detection using multiresolution wavelet is studied in this paper. After processing the singular point in vary scale of wavelet transform, the system can detecte R waves,QRS complex waves, P waves and T waves. Experimental results demonstrate a good performance.(3) This system can analysis ECG by logic discriminance. This discriminance is similar to the analyzing ECG by doctors, that has some advantages. The results of experiments are very good, especially diagnosticing arrhythmia.(4) Debug the system with the labview 8.6 build environment and implement the system function. |
