| Charge-coupled device CCD, to be a new type of semiconductor optoelectronic devices, it has many advantages, like small size, light weight, high sensitivity, low power consumption and so on. It has been widely used in cameras, detection, night vision, remote sensing, fax, and other areas. In the optoelectronic countermeasures process, CCD detector devices, as the core of optical equipment, and its highly vulnerable to disturbance and destruction of the laser, and leading to system failures, causing huge losses. Therefore, the research of the laser radiation damage of CCD detector has very important significance.In this paper we used Mintron73xp CCD camera, the wavelength of the laser is 1.06um, the pulse peak FWHM is 10ns, use the laser irradiate the CCD detectors in different energy, using CCD records the injury of its own in real time, obtained the corresponding damage threshold, and conducted a comprehensive analysis of various stages of damage mechanism. Based on the damage of laser irradiation of window glass transmittance of CCD photosensitive area, we also raise a method and a device of measurement the injury of micro-optical glass, comparing with the theoretical data, proving this method is feasible, and simple to use, overcome the problem of the error of traditional methods, it is an effective way to measurement the transmittance of small panel. |
