Research And Realization Of TCN RTP And Network Management

TCN is a kind of communications control system which connects devices of vehicle programmable and realizes control, diagnoses, data traffic in the train. IEC instituted TCN standard IEC61375-1 in 1999. It prescribes that TCN adopts two tiers of buses:MVB and WTB. MVB connects kinds of electrical devices in the locomotive; WTB connects locomotives and organizes them into groups dynamically. MVB network WTB network are connected via the gateway. Real time protocol provides communication network in and between vehicles.In this paper, two species of data transfer are introduced based on general analysis the IEC61375-l.They are periodic data transmission and sporadic data transmission. It analyses variables services and protocols, messages services and protocols, managed objects, manager, agents and interfaces of train network management primarily.Hardware configuration of TCN gateway is introduced, which takes MB91F362 as main processor, and software takes operating systemμC/OS-Ⅱ. The software system configuration of TCN gateway adopts module division, and the assignment design is advanced.Then this paper expounds design and realization of message communication, variables communication, train network management. Message data communication comprises message routing algorithm, segmentation of long messages into fixed-size packets, sliding window protocol and the mechanism of repetition, application messages interface offers a Call/Reply service; variables communication includes networking of variables, application variables interface primitives; train network management includes design of manager interface, agent interface and functions of services and management.The paper designs a framework of hardware platform and brings forward a scheme of the system. According to the hardware platform, unit testing and combinatorial testing is achieved. Finally testing results of message communication is recorded to verify the validity of the algorithms.
