Electronic Product is prone to more lays and more desity, surface-mount technology take place of the traditional electronic assembly technology. In electronics assembly process, the quality of soldering quality is one of the important influence factors of electronic products, with the development of technology, Wave soldering become SMT production line of the main soldering technology. In traditional electronics assembly production mode, the general is an engineer make use of computer aided design tools in computer up in various complete design, complete product on CNC equipment manufacturing. In order to ensure that the operating of the feasibility and correctness of the operation, processing, manufacturing engineers must on the nc machine programming and repeated test before each product putting into production. Then the trial production, in into actual batch production must be repeated revision before until the last stereotypes. Electronic products soldering process is so, result in production is preparated for long time, running into a lot of money. The market competition is more and more fierce, we must shorten product delivery cycle,control the cost of product.The virtual manufacturing technology can be a very good solution.This paper developed a Virtual manufacturing soldering system,which based on the VM technology. Wave soldering CAM programming software design, analog mainstream models,for example EASA, AND A; imitate programming process, the Settings of control parameters. Users can make temperature curve design and optimization with the help of the software system. Then I simulate Wave soldering machine, including:static 3D simulation and animated 3D simulation.According to the 3D modeling technology,I establish soldering model which is one key equipment of production line of the SMT. We can scale,rotate shift the virtual Welding soldering model in each direction. The system can make 3D animation simulation about wave soldering process according to temperature area parameter setting and transmission speed Settings, and then show us changes of temperature curve.
