With the development of global economic integration, enterprises compete increasingly. In order to enhance the core competitiveness, the enterprises must provide their employees with adequate training opportunities, so as to continuously improve the quality of staff, and remain invincible in the intense competition. The subject of staff online training system research and application of SLOF solves employees'online training practical problems by E-Learning, e-distance learning technology, the latest achievements of computer software and communication technology.According to the actual needs of staff web-based training, this thesis analyzes the particularity and complexity of employees'work in the oilfield and geographical distribution, proposes a function design for the network training system in Shengli Oilfield, which is divided into six parts: training programs, online classes, online examinations, training evaluation, courseware management and information management. It focuses on the model approach of network training effectiveness evaluation. It verifies the system's reliability and availability. And it discusses on the key technology in the system implementation in detail. It also gives a preliminary analysis on the problems that are needed to pay attention to.Staff online training system of SLOF can not only solve the problems of staff learning in Shengli Oilfield, and employees can also learn new knowledge, new technology, new technology continuously without taking up their more work time, and not being restricted by a particular time and place. It can not only carry out the large-scale periodic training tasks for cadres and workers, at the same time, it can open up a new channel for training, so that the staff can share learning resources, and inprove their own quality and work ability.
