| Along with the unceasing reform of the state economic system and the continuous perfection of the large scale state-owned enterprises operation management, the state-owned enterprises are beginning to use the modern salary management method in order to build up the competition advantage to realize the maximization of the human resources value. The salary management becomes the important part of the enterprises operation management. It is the nerve center of the enterprises operation. So the enterprises urgently need an information system to support the current labor wages management business to satisfy the development of the future salary management.This thesis designs and develops a state-owned enterprises salary management system at the basis of SOA around the current oilfield salary management mode. The system uses object-oriented development method for rapid development and convenient maintenance along with software engineering development theory. It investigates and researches the requirement analysis of the current salary management method with an eye to the practical condition of the state-owned enterprises salary management. It also gives detailed design about business process, system framework structure and the realization of every modules. The system applies B/S structure mode and uses the ASP.net as the entire system development environment. It uses C as program language and uses SQL SERVER as background database through the current computer network resources and concentrated database. The system connects organically every management departments and their subordinate business to complete the business process so as to realize human resources management, salary management, attendance management and statistics query report in the enterprises.The thesis is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter introduces briefly the background and significance to the salary management system, analyses the research situation and shortage of current the salary management system, points out our work content. The second chapter states the relative theory about this research and the key technology such as SOA, web service and SQL SERVER etc. The third chapter is system analysis mainly from function requirement and performance requirement aspects. The fourth chapter introduces the general design including system general framework, database design and the main system modules design. The fifth chapter is the detailed design and realization, it gives the database realization and the core codes of main modules. The six chapter is the system test method, results and emerging questions. The seven chapter is summary and prospects to further research.Along with the unceasing development and maturity of the oilfield local network and the great amount of applications, the salary management system breaks through the traditional total closed or the half-closed development way at the basis of original enterprises information development platform. It is developing to networking, integration and intellectualization direction so as to supply overall information management service. The system has been used by a lot of units. The users response wonderful. It is suitable for the needs of the oilfield salary reform. So the state-owned enterprise salary system at the basis of SOA has good application and dissemination prospect in oilfield salary management area. |
