Electronic Records Management Platform Design And Realization

The thesis aims at solving common problems and deficiencies existed in archives management information system in Hangzhou urban construction development center, with an idea and solution about electronic records management information system concluded. Its main research work can be summarized as follows:To start with, there is an overview of software engineering's development process, methods and models. Besides, the paper conducts an analysis in several key technologies involved in electronic records management system, like .Net technology, Web Services technology. Second of all, after crystallizing the principle of system design, the paper gives an analysis on three-tier architecture of electronic records management system as well as detailed functional requirements of the system. Also, it gives detailed design towards the system's user login, archives management, data management, systematic management as well as data design. Later, in the development environment of .Net and SQL Server, the paper analyzes the collection process of electronic records, realizes main functions of the system, and takes both systematic security and reliability into consideration. Finally, the systematic test and trail run analysis have proved the effectiveness of the paper's research on the system.
