Online Teaching Quality Assessment System Construction

As rapid progress has been made in Higher Education,the poor teaching quality has become a serious problem to be solved in recent years.As universities attach the importance to the teaching situation more intensively,the estimation of teaching situation has been thinking much more,and the traditional method for estimating can not meet the demand any more.However, there are a variety of problems in the ordinary education evaluation systems.The most important problem is that collecting the data is usually posted or taken by special man,experts evaluate the date for a long time and the results of evaluation are generally announced by letter.So the evaluation work is hard,the cost is high,the time is long and the efficiency is low.In addition,there are some difficulties in evaluation repeating,evaluation modeling and weight determining,which greatly hinder the reform of teaching quality evaluation.The purpose of this paper is changing the actuality and efficiently and intelligently evaluating the teaching quality.In order to improve the quality and efficiency of teaching supervision and evaluation, provide timely and accurate teaching feedback, and improve the teaching quality, the present study builds the online supervisory and evaluative system of teaching based on the B/S mode. The whole study is under the direction of theories such as MIS, Internet technology and computer technology.In the analysis and design process,the paper mainly deal with the following research and design work:analysis of the university's teaching quality assessment of the status and significance; using the technology of OOA and OOD,the author analyzes the users,static structure,action sequence and data exchange,and gets the Object Module,the Dynamic Module and the Functional Module of the system;according to the related systems model,the teaching quality assessment system designs ADO database and Web architecture of each module function by using ASP.NET technology.The system has user-friendly interfaces and flexible operations, which can greatly enhance the efficiency of the school's academic work to the'paperless office'.
