With the joining of WTO and the inrush of foreign capitals, the system reformation of finance business is carrying out massively, so credit management information system is required by more and more commercial banks. In order to bring credit management organization into electronic management sytem and realize credit's electronic and process management, the credit management information system's developing using IT has became banks'task. According to this circumstance, Huaxia bank decided to develop this system to satisfy individual requirement.The main developing techniques were decided through demanding analysis and the development status of the credit management information systems. During system analysis, UML technique was used to analyze system's users'roles and functions. During system design and implementation, Visual Studio .NET 2005 and SQL Server 2000 were used to develop the system. XML technique was used to realize integration between this system and other systems about Huaxia bank. The whole system is based on B/S model, and the system was designed in securities in the case of application layer, system layer and net layer.This system's implementation improves Huaxia bank's basic credit information management, and promotes its credit transactions'operation, and increases its operation efficiency. And the most important, the system improves Huaxia bank's credit management regimen, and enhances its credit management level, and the aims of control risk and improve competitive power were achieved by using this system. The system also provides ensurance to Huaxia bank's future development.
