The paper discusses a new type of vehicle charge management system. In view of thecommon problems existed in the vehicle charge system, such as IC card, inserted needed;wireless RF cards, operated within a distance of tens of centimeters; wide vehicles, severelyrestricted when gate access ect. In this paper a vehicle management system with 315MHzwireless carriers focus is presented, to reach more than 10 to 20 m of the effective operatingdistance, no need to park when vehicles entering and leaving. All the recognition andjudgment are realized via wireless control, without manual intervention for the legal vehiclesof subordinate yard.This issue mainly includes whole design of the system, software and hardware design. Inthis paper it preceded from actual conditions first, made a analysis of function andperformance requirements for the vehicle management system and posed the goal that thesystem to fulfill. According to basic working procedures of the vehicle management, as wellas target, event and data involved during work, it finally defined functional model of thesystem and fulfilled the overall design of the system.The hardware design adopts C8051F330D MPU as central processing unit and designswireless signal reception decoding circuit, filter circuit, clock circuit, memory modules circuit,digital display circuit, PS keyboard input mould ect. It makes full use of internal resource ofC8051F330D MPU and advanced technology on the market, simplifies the system circuit andincreases the integration density of circuit.Software design covers decoding for wireless control signal, register of vehicle paymentinformation, judgment of effectiveness of vehicle payment information, real time paymentinformation display and action for the automatic gate control.Samples realize the function of automatic identification of vehicle number, LED traffic light display, buzzer sounds, PS2 keyboard input, digitron display on a monitor, wirelessremote signal control and direct communication with MPU. By experimental findings, remote- control distance can reach more than 15m and realize the expected related functions.
