As the Internet and information technology applications in-depth in various fields, all the information stored in the system is greatly increased, which is particularly reflected in the seismic monitoring industries. On the one hand, the earthquake monitoring stations are widely distributed, the characteristics of management autonomy and strongly heterogeneous become a serious impediment to all monitoring data exchange between data sources; On the other hand, we also demand the requirements of the various seismic monitoring system to exchange data and amount of data increasing, while also showing the requirement in real-time data. The two contradiction become seriously obstacle in the development of seismic monitoring industry, and there is an urgent need for a system to achieve the data exchange between precursor real-time data and the central database data, without considering the heterogeneous data model, data extraction and other issues.Firstly, this paper stratify the overall network architecture on the data exchange system based on hierarchical thinking, while on the exchange layer in data compression, based on LZMA compression module exchange system achieve on the coupling of the four system modules. The LZMA compression technology will be packaged in a dynamic link library function; it follows compression in the data exchange process, making it become the underlying structure of data exchange platform. This system changes one to one mapping which the data source and the remote data storage, it uses the corresponding between local ontology and more similar data storage side, it solves the related problems which are too much data in local body, poor real-time and poor maintenance. This system uses the XML language to definie the unified data format of exchange information, using the message as a carrier in the transmission of information between the various data sources to ensure that the real time data in source side and store data side; it also supports the switching model of one by one on the source data compression, so to meet the needs of a variety of data exchange. Finally, this paper implements a prototype system of data exchange by the application and improvements in practical projects. Dissertation research deepens the application of data compression, has initially solved the problem which are data exchange in the heterogeneous data sources, data capacity and poor real-time data storage, it provides a new reference framework for the realization of data exchange system, and has practical application value.
