| With the rapid development of IT technology, the market division of fine and professional service promote the traditional service changing quietly.The face of a growing number of Internet service providers and resources to the growing demand for customer groups, Harbin Institute of Research Center on Intelligent Computing for Enterprise and Services proposed a new theoretics named BIRIS (BIlateral Resource Integration Service, BIRIS), establish a third party service platform named ICES-SSP.On the platform we provide services to customers and service providers aimed to make value added by used integration of resources, services, and other technical arrangements. How to ensure efficient operations platform business, and how can be real-time monitoring service quality performance during the service life cycle are one of the most important thing of the platform. For the purpose, this paper studies the subject of design and implementation of quality of business service monitoring system based on ICES-SSP.Firstly, this paper analysis the needs of the system from the demand point of view. The first step,we define the scope of the system interfaces with other systems;Then we analysis a range of issues this paper need to do in order to relies the purposes, including the monitoring of object recognition, the definition of quality indicators, the relationship between quality monitoring indicators and monitoring parameters, quality monitoring and controlling, how to show the end result of the QoBS and so on. This article answered a whole to accomplish several things.Secondly, this paper focuses on the process of realization of the theory and key technology. In the analysis based on the previous question, the paper proposes the concept of quality monitoring model, the definition of model rules and model analysis program. Then we thorough study of monitoring parameters of acquisition, acquisition parameters described in two different ways: event-based parameter acquisition mode and parameter acquisition mode using the listening service, and to compare both the advantages and disadvantages. Next we further study the second acquisition mode and listening service to achieve the automatic encapsulation mechanism and function of services and service packages with the service listening on dynamic switching mechanism.Again, the paper discusses the detailed design of the quality of business service monitoring system, including the system structure design, database design, system software design and other aspects. Finally, the paper gives the system implementation process. Classes from the implementation of the system, the system implementation of the program flow, run, application and effect of the system in areas such as paper, verify the applicability of this study. |
