In recent years, along with the continuous development of high speed railway . With the high-speed railway related technology is developing rapidly . GSM-R as railway wireless communication dedicated system, In high speed railway safety and reliable operation plays an important role.High-speed railway safety and reliability in the higher requirements of GSM-R system, using redundancy usually cover means, But the frequency of GSM-R system limited resource is redundant, and covered in a way that system used frequency resource system, the more nervous the recent attention be needed to call the new problems. Meanwhile, the system requirements of priority meet switching access requirements, reduce call the switch, so need to recent call by the right call admission control scheme.The traditional switch queues and obligate channel strategy although can, to some extent, reduce switching jam, but in high-speed railway communication environment is more restrictions, Therefore, this paper characteristics of high-speed railway communication environment, this paper puts forward a dynamic obligate channel based on statistics, according to the call strategy residential business situation, periodic change obligate channel number. This strategy can effectively reduce switching, and not to call recent greatly increased cost of recent original calls.
