Research On Data Integration And Data Quality Control In Mobile Communications

Since China has become a new member of the WTO (World Trade Organization), Telecommunication Industry is facing global competition for the continuous increase of world Telecommunication Industry and economic globalization. At this moment, China mobile decides to step to new information service provider for maintain its domination in the market place. In business processes, it is requested enterprise manager not only experience but also the support of business data to make the right decisions.At present, China Mobile Communication Corporation has lots of consumption behavior and registration data of users in many application systems. In the absence of data extraction method, data analysis and tracking is a time consuming job. On the other hand, there are too many data and information from various sources. It is due to poor quality of data analysis because of some problem such as data redundancy, data consistency and so on.Based on the current situation of data warehouse of China Mobile Communication Corporation, this dissertation mainly focused on how to create a data integration system by using data warehousing technology. According to the need of data integration, this paper studies deeply into data storage design, server performance design, database structure design base on indicator index and give some application examples. Indicator index can provide data consistency in data integration system. Standing on the side of data quality control, analysis the design and realization of data quality control model to make alert automatically and prevent measurement for quality abnormity in data integration process.
