| In vast rural areas, the problem are ubiquitous that farmers receiving information services badly, inflexible, how to use the information means to help farmers to get the useful information on time, with the purpose of meeting the needs of farmers, overcome the "last mile" obstacle of agricultural information development, is considered to a point and difficulty of rural informatization. In this study, the means of achieving information was used to overcome the "last mile" obstacle of agricultural information development, solve the badly, inflexible problems of farmers receiving information services, helping farmers to get the useful information on time, with the purpose of meeting the needs of farmers, rural areas and agriculture in China's vast rural areas, which is considered to a point and difficulty of rural informatization.On the basis of the research of working mechanism of push technology and implementations, and the analysis of agricultural field of information collection and processing methods and its application, focusing on the Internet intelligent search, extract and dynamic collection with a core of Web analytics extraction, semantic search technology, based on the related theories and technologies of Web2.0, the choice of communication channels and the compatibility problem of different channels, the process of RSS technology, e-mail push technology, mobile phone text messages and others were deeply studied, in order to solve the ubiquitous three major problems of "Push what and how to push, push to whom" in the rural technology information services.The system has been implemented in the Rural Science and Technology Information Network of Qianxi, Gui Zhou province, which constructs a multi-channel and multi-form information services to farmers, provides an efficient solution of the "last mile" problem of rural science and technology information service, reduce the information asymmetry between urban and rural areas to some extent, show the value and the practical meaning for rural informatization. |
