RFID public service gains more and more attentions while the conception of"Internet of things"has been proposed and its security problems expose as the development of RFID technology the RFID applications. Build secure communication channel between RFID transponders and tags in order to keep security and privacy of data, design data access control model which conform to trend of global cooperation, detect and analysis potential risks of client data, build trust relationship between corporations to achieve goal of crossing domain services, all these are hot research issues in RFID public service platform.In this paper, we study security problems of core components in RFID public service platform base on EPCglobal standards cluster and propose a set of solutions for solving security problems of RFID public service platform: propose a communication mechanism between RFID transponders and tags base on HASH and a trusted back-end authentication server, the mechanism we proposed can authentication both RFID transponders and tags, can detect and prevent a lot network attacks and its performance can applied to applications of scenario that tag read and write frequently; propose a composition model of the network, we deploy the critical data in internal domain in order to get rid of risks in internet; we propose a divide and rule access control mechanism of EPC data, this design can alleviate the load of unify access control mechanism and also improve the performance of application system; we propose an scalable mechanism of potential risks detection and analysis of RFID data, the scalability can improve the security by registering new rules to system; we build a PKI service component to afford services of certificate application, issuance, recuperation authentication and management, we also use digital certificate to sign the data in increasing the security of RFID application system. First, in this paper we give a classified introduction in security problems of RFID public service framework base on lots of research works in RFID technology and its applications; in the second chapter we study the RFID public service framework of EPCglobal, Peking University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Europe Union BRIDGE program etc., then summarize the security advantage and disadvantage in these research; We give a detailed introduction to our secure RFID public sercie platform in chapter three, base on substantial scenario of RFID anti-counterfeit, we design a secure communication mechanism between RFID transponders and tags, the access control mechanism both in EPCIS and EPC-DS, scalable mechanism of data potential risks detection and analysis and PKI service etc.; chapter four give a very detailed description of program development of the components montioned in chapter three and also give a demonstration of the software; the last chapter, we summarize the entire paper, look forward to the prospect of RFID public service platform and propose some future works.This paper focus on security problems in RFID public service platform base on RFID anti-counterfeit scenarios, analyze the substantial security requirements of RFID public service platform in RFID anti-counterfeit application, we focus on architecture of the network, network security, authentication and authorization, EPCIS and EPC-ONS access control mechanism, potential data risks detection and analysis, at last we develop an application system to prove the availability, reliability and security of the framework we proposed.
