The accuracy of dual-way pseudo ranging is directly influenced by delay variation in transceiver. Consequently, the measurement and calibration of transceiver delay is significant to rising the accuracy of dual-way pseudo ranging and fulfilling the function of navigation constellation crosslink.Under the research background of precise ranging and communication among navigation constellation crosslink, this thesis studies the technology of the measurement and calibration of transceiver delay. The main content of this dissertation is as following:(1)The basic conception and estimating model of delay is illustrated. The characteristics of the transceiver delay is analyzed, including the parts of digital baseband module and radio frequency channel. The influence to the delay characteristics by the parameter change of transmission curcuit and analog filter is evaluated by simulation.(2)The measurement and calibration method of transceiver delay is studied. The static method based on vector net analyzing instrument and the dynamic method ground on the technology of spreading spectrum is discussed. According to the theory of dual one-way ranging, the effect on ranging error by the variation of absolute delay is analyzed. Consulting to the method of absolute delay calibration in TWSTFT, the closed loop calibration method of transceiver absolute delay is advanced.(3)The transceiver delay performance is validated by experimental test. The test result reveals that the mid-frequency absolute delay stabilization of the transceiver tested is up to 0.3ns and the group delay flatness is prior to 2ns. The transceiver delay performance is validated to be rational.This thesis aims at the delay characteristics of crosslink transceiver, analyzes on a number of delay measurement method, suggests the closed loop calibration method of absolute delay, and validates the transceiver delay performance.
