With the wide applications of the electronic-optic reconnaissance,surveillance and tracking system in the military and civil area, therequirement for the stabilization system is increased and the imagestabilization precision is more and more rigorous. The stabilization platformis a complex system,composed of optics,mechanism and electricity. Thestabilization control is one of the core technologies of the photoelectricstabilized products. In order to meet the requirements of isolatingdisturbances and stabilization optical axis of high-precision photoelectricguidance system, the stabilization servo control in Opt-Electronicstabilization platform is studied in this paper.Firstly, the design process of the stabilization platform structure andthe control theory of the stabilization system is outlined,which theprinciple of system,overall structure,main components selection areintroduced in detail. Based on the micro controller TMS320F2812, theservo controller, the sampling control circuit and the output control circuitand the peripheral interface circuit are particularly discussed. Secondly,according to the system demand, the platform stabilization loop model isbuilt and designed by using MATLAB. And then the Simulation resultsshow that the control loop design is effective. Finally, the loop controlalgorithm and the control software modularization design have been discussed,and also the main program and the subprogm flow chart arepresented. The experimental tests are implemented in the laboratory. Theresults show the platform works well and the performance is satisfied thedesign input request.
