Medical Diagnosis System Based On The Integrate Of RS And BP Neural Network Algorithm

With the development of society and the quickening pace of people's lives, people's health care and medical problems have been become more concerned, now all kinds of high technology has been widely used in medical field and made remarkable achievements , so the digital medical is possible become true. the core of medical problems is diagnosis, the accuracy and efficiency of diagnosis is important to people's lives and health, the digital of medical diagnosis is considered significant.The algorithm of Rough set and neural network has been widely applied to various fields for their respective advantages, in this text, we use the combination of the two algorithms used in medical diagnosis. using the strong attribute reduction capacity of the RS, which could delete unnecessary attributes, then access the important part which has important role in making decision, after that combined with neural network algorithm and made use of data fusion technology to improve system efficiency and precision, rough set shows its strong advantages in terms of attribute reduction, which could resolve the classification and disposal of uncertainty problems and retain important key information for class and access the minimum of attribute of knowledge, neural networks are the most professional in terms of data mapping and has fault-tolerant to a certain degree and good global optimization, Access the minimal reduction of decision table is NP hard. This paper presents an improvement algorithm based on greedy strategy, it doesn't need to establish complex discernibility matrix, by calculating the values of indistinction of decision tables to find out the relative importance of the property, the thought of the algorithm is according to ideological classification ability of the attribute. BP neural network is used and improved, which could achieve a good mapping between the complicated problems in medical, the two algorithms complement each other, so the combined of the two algorithms will not only in the medical field but also in other areas.The application of the Diagnostic System is the system of the digital home Health Services based on the merge of the telecommunication, computer, and cable TV network, docking the hospital information and building a health information platform .
