| With the rapid advance of urbanization and the steady growth of national economy, the urban population is increasing continuous, which brings tremendous challenges for urban transport industry. On the other hand, the operation costs of public transport enterprises has increased for a long time due to the increase price of domestic fuel and other basic means of production for vehicle purchase and maintenance. The vehicle purchase costs and operation costs account for more than one third of the operating costs for a public transport enterprise. In the new situation, for a modern public transport enterprise, it becomes a problem worth pondering how to continuously improve the level of material management and reduce operating costs make use of the advanced management ideas and new technology.Based on the introduction of e-commerce website development technology, development and basic pattern of e-commerce, this dissertation design a B2B e-commerce platform for the purpose of realizing the online trade of materials for public transport. In this dissertation we complete the work of system requirements analysis, system feasibility analysis, system selection, and design of the overall function. In addition, we design a rapid web development framework which is easily tested and facilitate expanded. This framework is designed bases on the MVC framework under Dot Net platform and realizes the separation of concerns, which will make the project development more efficiency. Based on the above systems of online bidding, material management systems and online trading systems are designed.This dissertation provides a systematic solution of establishing an interactive e-commerce platform for public transport industry, which will be helpful to further enhance the level of service and the implementation of e-business for other industry. |
