The electric power enterprise is technology-intensive and equipment labor-intensive enterprise. The large number of many kinds of assets equipment for the high degree of automation equipment pipe and continuous operation requires high availability. The failures and accidents in electricity production process would endanger equipments and personal safety, affect society electric safety thus affecting people's livelihood. Safety in power enterprises has always been the major problem and biggest difficulty. The use of information technology to promote the management level has been paid more and more attention by the power industry. Based on the implementation of information processing in the process of safety production, complicated power equipment can be managed effectively. As a result, the speed of eliminating defects can be improved and the whole production process can be optimized. All of these will make a positive contribution to the process of safety production. Intelligent user management system in power plant production safety provides complete access control and access rights management support for intelligent power management system.The System adopts the B / S architecture model, using two-dimensional rights management, that is "user - role" and "role - permission" model. Compared with the traditional one-dimensional model "users-rights", this new model, in which the purview division is more refined, is more scalable, much easier to modify permissions and so on. XML mode for qualification data storage in the system simplifies the relationship between the users' qualification and rights. Therefore, the system is greatly promoted with usability. According to the users' permission they own, the system can automatically determine whether the logged-on user with the appropriate qualifications and the corresponding qualification has expired or not, in order to prevent unauthorized users to participate in power plant production management. The system also will make a list of expired user for the manager. Thus the adjustments can be made adjustments as soon as possible. With Flexible permission settings, the security of the users has been improved a lot in the process of safety production and management in the power plant. Meanwhile, the number of undocumented posts is reduced a lot. Thus the efficiency of safety production in the power plant is improved. Based on the two-dimensional rights management and the XML storage technology, with the actual demand of the production in the power plant, the system optimization takes place in the aspects of users' information management, permission management, qualification information management, permission and qualification certification and so on. As a result, the problem such as the ambiguous division of responsibilities and the rough management are solved. The enterprise cost of management is reduced and the production safety is improved.
