| With the rapid development of portable wireless transmission systems such as wireless networks, mobile phones, mible TV and so on, people keep studying and improving the structure of various communications systems, and trying to integrate RF, IF function blocks and baseband block in the same chip, so as to reduce the power consumption and the cost of a chip. In the communication system, baseband circuits play an important role of processing baseband signal. With the development of the achitecture of receiver and the integration of chip, the design of baseband circuits is a challenge. A large number of literature references used. This thesis introduces the research background and functions of DCOC circuit and AGC loop. Then this thesis describes the the function, realizaions and development of every block in the circuits. Having CMMB receiver as application, the schematic design, simulation results and layout design are proposed. The research results of this thesis are suitable for general baseband circuits design of Zero IF receiver. |
