Study On The Design Of The Jobs Simulation Training System For Metro Station Attendants

Metro station attendants, controlling job scheduling of the station, play a vital role in the metro traffic scheduling. With the rapid development of the MTR, it is increasely in demand for subway operation staffs. The traditional manner of apprentice following master on spot training is costly and inefficient, therefore it has been difficult to satisfy the needs of a large number of subway operations personnel. However, using computer simulation technologies could be a good solution to this problem, so the study of the jobs simulation training system of the metro station attendants has important practical significance.The paper not only analyzes functional requirements of the subway station attendant job simulation training system but also constructs the distributed simulation system architecture which makes the system easy to be expanded. Then the paper completed the division of system function modules and the detailed design of algorithm. Finally, we implemented the simulation of several key building modules.First, on the basis of station attendant responsibilities and the characteristics of simulation training, the paper deeply analyzes the station attendant's functional requirements from two levels,such as logic simulation requirements of station attendant's daily work and training system requirements , which providing a strong basis for system module division and design.Taking into account the future system's expansion, and basing on the system's functional requirements analysis, the paper designed the software and hardware distributed architecture of simulation system based on HLA, which solves the problem of system extending. Then the functional components of modules are divided, the paper completed the design of teacher subsystem and student subsystem from the implementation principle of the algorithm.Finally, the paper achieved the simulation of the two main logic simulation modules, job scheduling section of the station and train graph. The simulation results show that this implementation really simulates the various logic operations of the station attendants and has an excellent training effect.
