Conventional dynamometer equipments just focuses on the acquisition of displacement, load signal and post-processing of data, which ignores the inconveniences of collecting data from wells. Moreover, the measuring methods of the position sensor are great complicated and always lead some unsafe factors in construction site. To overcome the shortcomings of traditional measuring equipments, wireless acquisition device of pumping dynamometer is designed in this article. It simplifies the installation of equipments and improves the measuring accuracy. The main works can be calculated as follows.1. Diagram data and cycle data of measuring pumping. The core of the equipment to implement the measurement is MSP430F5438. Pumping operation cycle can be calculated by disposing the acceleration signal processes of hardware filter and digital filtering. And the displacement is calculated after twice integral computing. Low power consumption for long period measuring in outdoor environment are considered in the hardware designing2. Hand-held device. The hand-held device is used to read and configure load transmitter's parameters. Optional address and different frequencies are reserved to satisfy the multiple detecting spots.3. Monitoring and control equipment. Communication network includes wireless load transmitter and RTU. Collected data can be real-time uploaded by GPRS. It avoids complicated operation in outdoor environment.
