Research On Stability Of Images In Application Of Video Monitoring Systems

Video monitoring system development has experienced three stages:analog video monitoring, Based on microcomputer platform multimedia monitor, Based on embedded network video server/codec digital video surveillance network. With the development of computer technology and the popularization of the internet, at present, video monitoring is evolving to multimedia network monitor system, so a new generation of video surveillance management system and video monitoring system generations before the fundamental difference lies in the fact that in no longer confined to simply complete to video signal processing, transmission and control, its core is based on the network multimedia information with the comprehensive and control, its core is based on the network multimedia information with the comprehensive and complete management control platform.In this paper, the video monitoring system is based on the new direction of development which includes the research on the h.264 image coding technology, IP intracity network transmission technology. The system included all of the front-end integration, the video digitizing, monitoring network, the system integration, the intellectualized management is implemented by ensuring the key of images stability, also on the various research of video transmission. The video monitoring system will be of great benefit to build YingKou Unicom Hall video monitoring system into the telecommunication level, stable video monitoring network stability.In order to improve the stability of images transmission, this system had been analyzed in the software and hardware. The implement of the system made good use of the current Unicom Company network resources and choose the suitable front end equipment, storage equipment, monitor equipment as well as the powerful software management platform of "The Wide World." Through testing, the system is running well and achieves the expected purpose.
