| Crude oil extraction methods fall into two categories:automatic sprinkler recovery method and mechanical recovery method. With the exploitation of oil and gas resource,more and more oil wells is low-yielding and low-energy,pumping unit become a major oil field production equipment in ground.With the actual demand of oil field production and improvement of oil production,pumping develops toward energy saving,intelligence,large load,long stroke and other direction.Long stroke non-beam pumping unit,which has better oil pumping performance;increase production,reduce production costs and improve economic efficiency,is the mainstream of the development and direction of pumping.Accordingly,the paper studies the variable frequency control system based on Long stroke non-beam pumping unit in a laboratory environment.First,system hardware design and construction.Through the analysis the mechanical structure of long stroke non-beam pumping unit,according to the system want to achieve the functional and technical indicators,proposed pumping frequency energy control technology The system is constructed in which Compactlogix L32E PLC is controller,the Long stroke non-beam pumping unit model is control object,PowerFlex40 transducer is implement unit,photoelectric encoder and Micrologix 1200 PLC is sensor unit.Ultimately building a closed-loop control system and the variable frequency Speed of Motor is realized.Second,the system software design.RSLinx Classic software is used for configurating the communication and establishing the communication channels.RSNetworx software is used for configurating and deploying EtherNet/IP,RSLogix5000 software is used for controller's logic program.RSView32 is used for designing human-machine interface and realizing remote monitoring.Then,each equipment can communicate with each other.Finally,system mathematical model design and the achievement of control algorithm design.Mathematical model of the pumping unit motor is established based on the ideal conditions,and through Matlab simulation analysis,it is proved the validity of the model. For achieving the precision of the motor speed control,three control algorithm—PID control,Fuzzy control and PID-Fuzzy composite control are adopted.With the help of the Matlab Simulink tool to select the appropriate parameters, achieved good control effect.Three control algorithms also have been analyzed on the dynamic performance.This paper achieved the design of the variable frequency control system based on Long stroke non-beam pumping successfully.It is open and flexible and good practical value and it,which has energy saving effect,can apply in the oilfield widely.This model can be used in demonstration and teaching experiment and provides experimental conditions for students as well. |
