| The emergence of computers and networks has brought great convenience to our work and life. The network office platform enables us to build a paperless office, in which work log management system is an important component of the network office platform. In order to be more efficiency, we added a log management system in the network office platform of Liaoning Provincial Department of Agriculture office, and implemented the important functions, work submitting working log through the mobile phone wirelessly.Users of the system consist of office workers, leaders and competent leaders, who take different permissions, so the system can be applied to different functions.It is needed to work on-site at times, however, the lack of networks or computers makes it inconvenient to take the submission of work timely. At the same time, with the development of mobile communication technology, mobile phone and network interconnection, it turns into a reality that s the mobile phone users can upload and download data easily.Therefore, this paper focuses on the improvement of the traditional log management systems, adds wireless modules to submit work logs, realizing the wireless mobile phone logging. The module was programmed to achieve the BREW platform for mobile phone users to upload and download job log function. Users \can log on the mobile phones via the authentication,, and submit the work logs in a certain format to the server, and also download written logs from the server.The module consists of three parts, including the login authentication sub-module, the communication module and the error handling sub-sub-module, among which, the communication sub-module is the main function one, via which users log in to edit, download and submit works. The error handling sub-module works to support the communication module. When an error occurs during uploading or downloading job logs, the system calls the error processing module to handle the error in order to ensure the system reliability.The application was tested after the designation of the system. The results show that the system is safe, reliable and stable, the work log module wireless office staff out to meet basic needs. |
