Information System is a gradual process, which in many colleges and universities are under construction growth. In the development and construction process, construction of information resources of top-level system design specification of the lack of consistent and uniform information standards, resulting in poor flow of information resources, creating a lot of "Information Islands" and "Application Island", well not brought the best results of information construction.Based on the analysis and study of existing data sharing platform for colleges, to solve the shortcomings of existing platform, we proposed a comprehensive program of data sharing platform for the university and verify it. Compared with the existing data sharing platform, which seamlessly combines data exchange platform, shared database, Unified authentication and authorization platform and unified information portal platform, Effectively eliminates "information islands" and "application islands" among business management information systems, make Easy access to campus information resources for students, greatly improve and enhance the school's research environment, teaching environment, regulatory environment and living environment.In order to verify the feasibility and efficiency of Comprehensive data sharing platform, this program will be designed in Harbin Engineering University website for specific application verification. By using "LoadRunner" testing tools, to used direct link, store and forward and asynchronous messages in three ways to test the data sharing platform. Use bandwidth utilization, number of messages sent per second and CPU utilization as a performance evaluation, makes the results more comprehensive and impartial. The performance test results show that:The new data sharing platform for colleges and universities has a very high network performance, and achieve seamless integration with other business management systems, which has a good prospect of application and research value.
