Customs Management System Based On MAS

Customs clearance management what is defined as the line management through customs goods import and export who means of transportation and customs clearance management and business operation functions, responsible for monitoring the circulation of documents and customs operations, guidance, inspection and supervision of the whole customs area trial operation. In the session of the customs clearance management, how to use the resource integration and the modern management technology to make more effective regulation for the trading business company, the declaration is very important to the business company.In this paper, the key and difficult issues of the daily customs administration is the core of the current customs management system is to be improved, the MAS-related technologies is to be introduced to assist the Customs management process. Main tasks as follows:(1) Describes the definition of customs administration at home and abroad, focusing on description of the customs administration's priorities and key issues, Describes the theoretical studied of the current status of MAS at home and abroad, and focuses on describes the definition of MAS which can be applied to part of the customs administration;(2) Explore the ways of Agent communication with each other, improve the solve model of the conditions of which incomplete information based cases and how to find the optimal Agent Pareto in multi-issue negotiation, and introduced the definition of support vector machine algorithm to learn the opponent's attitude indirectly;(3) Design the structure of the the Intelligent Agent module of the customs administration, and detailed designed the composition of the module;(4) Constructed the function of intelligent composition of customs management system, done a detailed discussion of the composition of each functional part of the intelligent processing.
