Detection system light path part by part and circuit, light path part of simple structure, greatly simplifying the traditional complex light path structure; The circuit of the hardware circuit and software parts, hardware circuit including CCD circuit, the power circuit, voltage regulate circuit and data acquisition circuits, software part includes tim-ing driving module, USB chip firmware program module, USB drive modules and PC data acquisition program modules. System working principle for CCD fluorescent signals will be in-to analog signals, through the high speed A/D module into digital signals, then send the USB interface to the PC for real-time display.This paper introduces the design of the examination system, the light of the lens of diff-erent radius and the focusing more, its effect is evaluated, the optimization for the system to provide the basis; the results show that the system of the minimum detection limit, signal to noise ratio and repeatability detection system meets the design requirements, and has high ac-curacy, small size, high degree of automation, strong real-time property, etc.
