Research Of Software Product Family Evolution Method And Application

As a systematic reuse method, the development approach of software product family is one of effective solution methods for the ever-changing software requirements, the new software crisis as well as defects in the traditional business model. Evolution of software product family is an important part of the software product family life cycle, have important guiding significance to the actual development and maintenance of application systems.At present, Most research works of software product family evolution focused on the evolution of a single software product, with little guidance from the global perspective of the evolution of software methods, ignore the internal software of the software product family relationships between entities, making that software assets are not effectively used. For effectively promote the systematic reuse of software products family, and shorten product development cycle, this paper presents a software gene model of multi-antenna structure, and propose a software product family evolution method based on pedigree method to guide the evolution of software product family. The main contents are as follows:1. Software genes and gene pool of software product family.Software genes and software products family gene pool provide identification information of features for software product family evolution. Use the difference of genes to distinguish between genetic evolution of the different versions, identified by gene changes in the software evolution. To improve search efficiency of software gene, this paper proposed a multi-antenna structure based on software genetic models, and discussed the software product family gene pool and so on.2. Software product family pedigree model.This paper described the relationships between software product family members and the components form the perspective of pedigree model; and use the pedigree relationship to link the family members, so can find assets more quickly, and describe the software gene inheritance and variation.3. A software product family evolution method based on pedigree models.Based on the software genes and pedigrees model, this paper proposed an evolution method of software product family based on pedigree model. This method is divided software product family evolution into two categories of monomer evolution and multi-body evolution, and shows specific evolution flow chart and evolutionary steps for each category.Finally, Do research works in the software product family evolution method based on pedigree models in practical application of project development.
