According to the development of the sensor technology, modern network technology and wireless communication technology and other related technologies, a modern sense of the wireless sensor network emergence and development. ZigBee technology as one kind of emerging wireless network technology with near distance, low complexity, the low powerless, the low date rate, the low cast, is mainly used in the near distant wireless connection. It is a new technical standard in 2002 was proposed and has obtained the widespread support after updating and improving. In paper, ZigBee technology will be applied to industrial-site for temperature, pressure, flow and other parameters of the acquisition. This paper studies the application of wireless sensor networks based on ZigBee 2006 technical standards for process control and data collection in Industrial site and the development of wireless data acquisition system based on ZigBee technology. This data acquisition system will be used in environmental monitoring, industrial control and other fields. Through the development of cost-effective superior wireless data acquisition system, the results will provide technical support for promotion and application of ZigBee technology in field data collection.In the paper, the current wireless sensor network and ZigBee technology history, research focus and research the situation were made detailed introduction. One kind of methods for collection temperature, flow, pressure and other parameters in the industrial field ZigBee 2006-based wireless network have been proposed. Secondly, ZigBee 2006 stack and wireless data acquisition system network architecture, ZigBee protocol stack structure, ZigBee network configuration, ZigBee protocol physical layer, MAC layer, network layer, network layer and other relevant concepts are introduced and the demand for wireless data acquisition system, topology, traffic routing scheme, node data communications implementations and deployment program were detailed analyzed. The overall system design of wireless data acquisition system base on ZigBee 2006 technology is proposed. According to the general design, Hardware implementation of coordinator / router node and the node data collection is designed using the CC2430 chip. The sensor model and data measurement program for temperature, pressure, flow in Industrial site were identified. Coordinator, routers, data acquisition software was written by using Z-Stack and the IAR development environment. At the same time, Concentrator management software has been completed by using development platform visual C# 2005 and SQL Severs. The management software enables network configuration, user information management, data processing, curve display, real-time display and database storage.Finally,the system is completely tested,and the direction of the research in future are put forward.
