Coal Workers Education Management Information System Design And Implementation

With the deepening of enterprise reform, staff education has involved a wide range of activities, and the existing coal enterprises education management methods are far from meeting the needs of various forms of training and management. We must use the tools of modern technology to update management methods and improve management efficiency so as to follow the current world management trend and achieve scientific management, information technology, and networking. Coal enterprises staff education management information system's design and development is based on the status and the research of coal enterprises staff education. In accordance with "reunification mine staff schools setting rules",it is based on Web operation platform. The goal is to establish coal enterprises overall information management model, develope a highly efficient, user-friendly, flexible, secure, shared staff education information management system, improve management efficiency and management level, reduce the burden of management staff,feedback the latest staff working conditions for decision-making and leadership departments coordinate work to provide timely and accurate information, and continuously enhance the education and management of scientific staff, timeliness, to provide strong support for coal mine production safety.Using B/S development model and software project as guidance, the paper designs an operational and business-oriented platform software for the management education of coal enterprise workers.First, this thesis analyses the background and characteristics of the coal enterprises staff education management information system, then the paper elaborates the development process and basic theory of the management information systems. The choice of system platform and database design is also introduced. Secondly in order to meet the education and management of the coal enterprise workers operational requirements, this thesis provides a complete management information system, including system requirements analysis, the design of module functional and the implementation of system.The establishment of the system followed the principle of reliability, relevance, openness and expandability. The design of the database structure is to minimize data redundancy. According to the year or month,the frequently visited and larger scale database, is divided into multitable memory, to balance load equal and enhance the sharing of databases. In data security premise, we realize information sharing for the mining groups first, which lay a base for the information sharing for the provincial coal education management enterprise.
