With the development of wireless communication and electronic technology, the invention of wide dynamic range RF device with low power and large scale integration makes great contribution to the development and improvement of ultra-short wave radio. At the same time, the complexity of electromagnetic environment and the tension of frequency spectrum resource bring more requirements to ultra-short wave radio, especially receiver.On the basis of several domestic and foreign design documents with respect of RF front-end, the super-heterodyne receiver was composed of high-frequency amplifying, transform circuit, medium-frequency amplifying. The main function of receiver focuses on high-frequency amplifying and filtering wave of RF signal received by transmission line, medium-frequency amplifying and filtering wave, output the medium-frequency signal necessary to end signal treating. According to its requirement, receiver shall be high sensitive, wide dynamic range, rapid AGC reaction.The subject introduces its background, the current domestic and foreign research situation and where the project comes, analyzes the super-heterodyne receiver, zero-intermediate frequency receiver, image-frequency rejection receiver, receiver based on software radio and other typical receivers. Besides, the subject analyzes the main index of the whole plan, gain distribution, noise factor and useless signal suppression of receiver, and describes the design of the main part of receiver. Lastly, the integrated test is finished and all technical indicators passed the test.Whining designing the above-mentioned project, I am responsible for checking the whole plan, dissolving the indicator, testing and acceptance and integration of the whole equipment. |
