The system makes the power distribution network operation and realizes the intelligence of distribution network.The power distribution network management system is designed by the security and stability of the object oriented language c sharp on the .NET Compact Framework. WebService and Remote Data Access are used in the system combining with wireless network technology (GPRS, CDMA, Wi-Fi). The management system realizes data interaction between the smart phone client and PC server, which is called C/S mode. In addition, GPS data is uploaded to PC server through the Windows Mobile platform API. Finally, this paper introduces the friendly interface which is convenient for human-computer interaction.
