Along with the rapid development of the civil aviation industry, there is a need toestablish the CNS&ATM systems for the increase of air-traffic flow around the worldwhich is an inevitable trend. Due to the excellent surveillance performance and lowcost,ADS-B is the most important part of the CNS&ATM system. However, becauseof the lack of radar, the procedural control and the visual separation have been adoptedfor flight training in our country. ADS-B is used in CAFUC for flight training, but thereis no exact regulation for the separation. Therefore, this is still the procedural controlunder the surveillance of ADS-B. The mal-operation and the error report can be avoidedby the surveillance system. The paper analyzes and and studies the performance of the ADS-B system. Basedon the theory of the flight safety separation , the flight safety separationquantizationalized model'Reich'model is established and applied to calculate theseparation data. The theoretical data is obtained by the detailed analysis, calculation ofthe conditions setting according to the requirements of the ICAO's flight safety indexand deep probe of the CAFUC's routine flight control separation. Meanwhile, I chosethe latest Microsoft's new C# language as a programming language to develop the'Presentation System of the Simulated Flight Separation'in the Windows XP operatingsystem. I also chose Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Integrated Development Platform tocomplete the system design and development while using Photoshop CS for the systeminterface design and beautification. To complete the idea of system's main functionmodules'development and application so that a simulated flight separation could occur, which reasulted in a dynamic presentation. The conclusion agrees with the flight safetyindex of ICAO. Finally, the theoretical studies'conclusion is confirmed repeatedly inthe real flight training; the control separation operation specification of the ADS-Bapplication is detailed to increase the efficiency of the airspace resources and ensure theflight safety.
