Xihua University Students Working System Design And Realization

The research subject of this dissertation is to Xihua University for background, based on the current Xihua University students nowadays management present situation and counselors work needs, according to software engineering in software development process for software design. This topic from the system analysis and planning, detailed design, database design, system implementation, testing and other aspects of arrangement.In the system analysis and planning, the system demand analysis and users demand analysis. In the system needs analysis, mainly from the functional requirements, operational requirements and performance demand analysis; the user needs analysis, the system user object: counselors, students and administrators in three categories according to their respective roles, in the actual demand, the different design. For counselors, the main demand is to release information, manage student application and other aspects of the operation; for students, mainly to browse information, put forward a variety of applications such as operation; for system administrators, to the system of management.In the system design process, analyzes the system architecture, system data flow, then according to the needs of users, the module design. In addition, also on the system's user interface and system security aspects of the design.In the database design, the system is based on Access database, and then according to user needs, design the counselor personal information table, a system administrator personal information table, information table, national scholarships, national inspirational scholarship application form, "three-good" student application form application form, the outstanding student cadre, excellent League member application form, excellent league cadre application form, social practice advanced application form, a module sheet and the two level module table.In the software programming, the system is based on ASP language preparation, according to a modular design, according to the waterfall model of thought, a module has a module functions.
