War game, as a tool of combat simulation, has experienced many examinations in modern and recent modern times. It can authentically simulate the combat process in all respects, and provide military commanding with optimized decision-making scheme. Therefore, for a long time, Western military science has been put many weights on the development of war game technology. With the maturity of computer and computer related technology, computer wargame finally formed. This type of combat simulation, with its speed and accuracy and with the combination of technologies from other fields, becomes more and more complex. Compared with western military affaires, computer wargame development in our country is completely blank. So the study concerning computer wargame and its technology is of great significance.The chief study points in this paper are the design and implementation of computer wargame judgment sub-system on the base of .NET developing platform, the developing of C# language and the design mode of MVC. This paper, first of all, introduces the developing background, military needs and pragmatic significance concerning judgment sub-system in computer wargame. Secondly, from the perspective of functional analysis, system composition, goal of design and path of realization, the paper puts forward the general design scheme of the system and makes specific explanations on the system's functional design. After that, through class table and flow chart, the realization of some major modules with different functions are introduced including combat troops, random, the judgment of combat result, and game victory-defeat judgment. Finally, this paper tests the major functional modules in detail, offers testing method and describes testing contents and testing results at length.The design of the judgment system takes advantage of computer accuracy, fast calculation and big storage capacity, so it can now solve some problems in traditional wargame like being slow in judgment, objective mistakes in judgment and the complex situation recording. And these problems are impossible to be dealt with by human before.This system realized the accurate and fast judgment calculation during combat, and provided sound rationales for combat commanding and assistant decision-making in war game.
