In the web2.0 era, Internet users are in control of information initiative, every one of Internet users is a small -sized network media, they will wantonly address their own perspectives on enterprises and governments affairs, but these information through multi-level communications may turn into a terrible network crisis event, which will bring about a tremendous loss to the enterprises or governments. The paper adopts complex systems simulation methods to research on the general disciplines of crisis information dissemination on networks in depth to find out main factors that affect the development of network crisis in order to provide scientific basis for enterprises and governments for coping with network crisis based on previous research results and experiences.First of all, the paper analyzes the affecting factors, dissemination cycles and main participants of crisis information network dissemination, on the basis of it, compare with crisis information dissemination mode of traditional media era, combine with 15 hot theories of network crisis events and crisis dissemination cycles, summarize the thorough crisis information network dissemination mode diagrams.Then, analyze the complexity of crisis information in the process of network dissemination, expound research rationality by complex systems simulation methods, on the basis of it, the paper adopts complex systems multi-agent model methods to establish simulation model of crisis information network dissemination, the model includes conceptual model, main property functions and interactions rules of main bodies.Finally, the paper draws a flow chart of simulation algorithm, set the relevant data of "death of Qian Yunhui" network crisis events as initial data of simulation, use netlogo simulation platform to carry out dynamic simulation of crisis information network dissemination process, which include interactions between network users and network rumors, interactions between network users and network media, interactions between network users and opinions leaders, interactions between network users and governments, the paper emphasizes on the analysis of simulation results, finding out which attributes of each main bodies are the main factors in affecting the development of network crisis.In addition, the paper puts forward several recommendations and measures to cope with crisis information network dissemination, which include identification and early warning of crisis information, coping strategies of network rumors, media public relations strategies and so on, the recommendations and measures aim at provide theoretical guidelines for organizing and coping with network crisis, at the same time, which are of reference value for relevant field researches.
