The object of this paper is a Car-heat treatment furnace, according to production requirements of heat treatment furnace the paper used King View to design monitor system, it controls the heating temperature according to temperature curve made by operating person; this system has the characteristics of large time Delay, large inertia, nonlinear and complex burning mechanism, it is difficult to establish the exact mathematical model, using classical control can not be effective, so it can be combined with intelligent control algorithm. This paper used fuzzy PID as the control method. The mainly research of this paper are as followed:(1) Researching process feature and burning situation of the Car-heat treatment furnace, mainly introduced the cascade ratio control and double cross limit control, both undertake comparative, put forward an improved dual-crisscross amplitude limit combustion control scheme, adjusting dynamic process, controlling air-fuel ratio, in order to make the parameters such as temperature and furnace pressure coming up to the technological requirements.(2) Using fuzzy self-turning PID algorithm design controller in the combustion control system. The paper compared self-tuning fuzzy PID control with the traditional PID control, and maked simulation experiments in MATLAB, and added a supervision control layer according to the unstability of system, as a result, it improve the control process time delay and the effects of the interference uncertainty.(3) On the design of the King View monitor screen included:main monitoring picture, history data picture, alarm picture, parameter setting picture and so on. As a result of KingView algorithm is not strong, it can be combined with Matlab fuzzy PID control to control. The PID control parameter was introduced to the control system, according to the operation experience to develop fuzzy control rules. This paper used OPC technology to realize the exchange the data.This paper used KingView to design the monitor screen and used Matlab Simulink to simulation and adjustment parameter. Simulation results showed that:this paper maked the design the self-adaptive fuzzy-PID control method of the Car-heat treatment furnace combustion process control effect was better and higher accuracy than the traditional PID.
