Management Status And Countermeasures Research Of Cultural Relics Collection Archives

In China ,Cultural relics collection archives experienced years of development, although has made some progress, but in actual management process also exposes many problems and some shortcomings. It is worth analysing and improveing. In view of this, the author based on investigating the current situation of the cultural relics collection archives work in China and acquiring the opinion and propositions of managers of cultural relics collection archives ,this article analyses the existing disadvantages and current obvious problems from the aspect of macro management and micro management on archives work collection of cultural relics. For example,cultural relics collection archives work have no unified national professional organization, lacking a sound legal system,no system feasible technology standards and normative content,no long-term information cooperation and sharing mechanism and insufficient capital investment etc.Accordingly,this article presents suggestion that the basic strategies in regard with improving the archives positive construction of cultural relics collections ,such as setting up a professional full-time organization, completing legal laws and regulations, formulating unified national standard for cultural relics collection archives,promoting cross-border communication and cooperation fully, developing financing ways multilateral Meanwhile ,based on foreign advanced management experience and the successful experience of national level-1 cultural relics collection archives database system, this article puts forward establishing national cultural relic professional organization and national cultural relics collection computer management system .
