As a new generation of intelligent cleaning robots, it can make furniture and appliancesfrom traditional vacuum cleaner that people mode of time-consuming force freed, and hasrealized the indoor semi-automatic or automatic cleaning job in service robot, adoptingadvanced embedded system development and become a new research field, with a broad marketprospect and Huge research value.This article using intelligent cleaning robot ARM microprocessor technology, designs cleanrobot control system, and fuses up the mobile robot technology and clean technologyorganically, no case reached the independent work. This paper briefly elaborates presentintelligent cleaning robot research and the development, and studies trend of the robot speedregulation system and obstacle avoidance control.1.The core controller around ARM hardware development platform, according tointelligence cleaning robot function need, designs and develops robot control system.2.LPC2132 as core chip in this control system, the principle and function modules of therobot to realize clean development boards circuit design and making, completes infrared remotecontrol, motor driver etc compiling the bottom software.3.Using PWM motor technology to realize the cleaning robot based on ARM speed system.Meanwhile, the digital PID controller design can effectively restrain disturbance, fast response,to ensure the stability of the system.4.According to the regional coverage, the control system designs collision module andobstacle avoidance fuzzy controller and intelligent robot, can quickly adapt to the surroundingenvironment, Realize intelligent control system for cleaning robots, can quickly adapt to thesurrounding environment, and has good robustness and anti-amming ability.Finally the research achievements and existing text summarizes the problems of cleaningrobots, and puts forward some future study predicted.
