The rapid development of information technology and application has become an indispensable force of the popularity of social development, to promote productivity improvement and change management, production management in forestry also play a huge role, as people on the ecological increasing emphasis on environment and forestry felling Xiaoxing'anling full stop, the focus of forestry information technology will also tilt from production management to ecological protection, Xiaoxing'anling as "Pinus Koraiensis home" on the Pinus Koraiensis and the Pinus Koraiensis forest Xiaoxing'anling represented the protection of ecological communities has been very great importance, by means of modern information technology, forest protection, ecological environment construction to achieve scientific development, sustainable use of resources, become the inevitable trend of development of forestry.Based on the ecological environment Xiaoxing'anling the actual situation, for the local forestry characteristics, use of existing resources and conditions, use of advanced sophisticated information technology to Xiaoxing'anling Pinus Koraiensis forest protection, focusing on research based on WebGIS technology to protect information Xiaoxing'anling Pinus Koraiensis forest system, developed for local forestry use, the development of low cost, user-friendly, can improve the efficiency of information technology projects. Through the system requirements analysis to determine the detailed design of the system, the system used in key technology and development tools were introduced, the system is divided into WebGIS Xiaoxing'anling Pinus Koraiensis forest protection subsystem, information management subsystem, system management subsystem and background data maintenance subsystem of four parts, and explains how to achieve the system's main features.
