Exploration And Analysis On Arrangement Art Of TV Program

This paper, for the first time in news programming, proposes the concept of "arrangement art", and through artistic research and analysis, elaborates on the main principles to be followed. With the rapid development of television news production level, mode of transmission and computer technology, arrangement techniques have undergone a fundamental change, from the initial style of simple arrangement into the current style of modular and three-dimensional arrangement. Arrangement art summarizes and promotes the current thinking. It maximizes the value of television news programs on the premise of insisting on the reality by using different artistic techniques. As a TV editor, in addition to be sensitive, accurate and objective news perspective, he should also have rich theoretical knowledge of the presentation and can adopt arrangement techniques and artistic expression to make the TV news program play its full role. In the course of the study, this paper proposes the issue of editor artistry, summarizes and analyzes the art of television news programming limitations, and make appropriate recommendations for improvement with the current psychological changes among the domestic audience.In the course of writing this paper, the author gets access to plenty of materials about television news programming, visits and communicates with a number of television news editors in Jilin Province, and obtains many key materials providing full and detailed factual basis and foundation for this paper.Through surveys, research and analysis on some cases, this paper reveals advantages and disadvantages of the TV news arrangement art in current stage. There are also some recommendations for improvement and further promotion of the TV news arrangement art innovations.
