| Providing aviation weather services timely and accurately is the important foundation for the safety of civil aviation. In recent years, with the growing of aviation weather information and the mature of data warehouse technology, the aviation weather services in China have made great progress. Meantime, it also provides a guarantee for the application of meteorological data and the continuous improvement of meteorological services. However, it requires higher level of aviation weather service as Chinese aviation industry is developing rapidly. How to make full use of existing meteorological information resources to meet the rapid growing aviation industry becomes a significant problem. It will be helpful and meaningful to ensure aviation safety and improve the aviation weather services by making use of computer and network technology.In order to meet the requirement of our nation's aeronautical meteorology, this thesis discusses the design and implement of the Integrative service system for the aeronautical meteorology. The system based on C/S mode, and is implemented with the ASP.NET, C# language and the SQL Server 2005 database. The system implements the dynamic visualization of meteorological information and flexible early warning mechanisms of route. The system covers all the necessary services of the aviation weather services, including user management, airport management, airline management, real-time weather reports and forecast weather reports, weather reports translation, and the integration of geographic information and the aviation weather information. There are three difficulties for the realization of the system. Firstly, get real-time aviation weather information from external web sites. Secondly, the message should be translated into information that the user can understand. So I should research the weather message and find the appropriate translation method. Third, the geographic information combined with meteorological information. So the weather information of the various airport and airline can be marked on the map. The system completes the information extraction, the information translation, and the information integration. The system has a good user interface, easy operation, functional, stable operation, and easy maintenance. It can visually display various types of aviation weather information to meet the basic needs of system users. In future studies, we can use data mining and data warehousing technology. Through building a data warehouse, using the existing meteorological data, we can do data mining, continue to improve the accuracy of data analysis, and realize real aviation weather warning. |
