However, due to the actual ownership of various equipments belong to different faculties and departments, so it's difficult to manage and lack of security. With the size of college continued to expand in recent years, the amount of new equipment and devices which purchased became more and more, in practice, relying on the device file management, finding and maintenance costs are so high, and difficult to achieve accurate timely, easy to lead the Device idle .Therefore, this article introduces the theory of computer management system into equipment management in school, combined with the actual situation, Institute developed a device management System of Sichuan Vocational and Technical College by the use of computer-aided facilities management to complete the work. System can work in the storage device management, leasing, maintenance, record the entire process, track, monitor, and provide users with detailed and accurate summary of statistical information and convenient management tools. Once the procurement of the equipment come to school, the administrator will input the information to the system at first, the system according to country code, category code, department code, classification code for the device automatically encoded, as the device identifier in the system side; all devices should be treated as school's ownership in theory, all faculty departments are doing hire processing, after the device is leased, it record automatically about the basic information and rental equipment details, easy to post queries, and coordinated use of equipment within the School.
