| Together with the development of Chinese Textile industry, quite numbers of the most advanced textile machinery equipments were settled in the Chinese plants, which promoted the automation level and continuous level of the textile workshops. and higher requirements of the tracing and manage of the whole production process were put forward. It was true that there were many plants realizes the automation in production process, but there were problems in the losing contacts between the business manage and produce operation in the same time. Those problems also existed in textile factories in Shaoxing which was one of the aggregation areas of Chinese textile industry.Nowadays, by performing automatic reform in manage system and information system or implementing ERP system, some textile plants resolve these problems in some quite good degree, and achieved noted economic benefits. But the costs of implement scheme that are below one hundred thousand Chinese Yuan rarely exist.The purpose of this project is to develop a distributed produce manage and monitoring system for textile workshops which was based on RS-485 bus. This system is composed of the monitoring instrument for textile machine and the manage software for the textile workshop. By utilizing the technology of measuring and controlling with computer, this system connects all weave machining into a computer controlled and managed network through RS-485 bus. It also constructs database for managing produce process, and realizes stages from plan-making and produce process-monitoring to the stage of statistics of produce statuses. The jobs of this project includes: development the hardware and software of the monitoring instrument for textile machine, designing and development the software for managing textile workshops, communication protocol for RS-485 bus, designing the managing database for the textile workshops, deployment and debugging the system within the field of textile workshops, and some promoting jobs, etc.The results of researching can be used for relative kind of new textile workshops. It also can be applied in old textile workshops and dying workshops by means of technology reform, and it can benefit for the information manage level of textile and dying industry in Shaoxing. Due to reducing stages of management and promoting of efficiency, factories will be more competitive than ever. So the results have higher social benefits and popularize values. |
