With the rapid development of banking industry, and market competition becomes increasingly fierce, customers demand more and more banking services, the traditional way the office affairs management has failed to meet the transaction processing requirements of front line services, The task based on China Construction Bank office affairs management for the actual situation of the China Construction Bank,analysed the actual situation status of the office affairs management, the drawbacks of traditional office affairs management and results of research reporting at home and abroad, described the related theories and technologies of the DaLi Branch of China Construction Bank Office Affairs Management System. After fully understand the system requirements, we identify system development program: using the B/S three-tier software architecture system in Windows XP / Windows Server 2003 operating system Based on the J2EE platform. MySQL as the database system , using C and C++ language.To complete the office affairs management system needs analysis report, we use the structured analysis method, therefor, a clear system of user needs and functional requirements presents; combined with the requirements analysis, totally designed a office affairs management system, the system including Coordination Office, Performance Management and System Management three modules,The part of coordination office include office mamagement, affairs management, Personal workstations, human resources and applications five modules, can acchive twety functions; The part of office management modules include announcement, meeting management, information editing and work arrangement; The part of performance management include Query statistics ,Attendance Etc. five modules。In the project, we designed data storage, established the necessary database system; and designed the two main function modules of meeting management and work arrangement finided the detailed design and coding.By the result of test, the system can achieve office affaies management through electronic capabilities, to meet the various departments, the daily work of managers at all levels need, to improve the daily work of the electronic processing level in China Construction Bank DaLi Branch.The successful development and application of this system in our company, not only improve the employee's office affairs efficiency, Provide for performance appraisal fair and objective data to leaders, Can realize data simple processing analysis, Get decision-making support, Improve the overall performance of office work. But also, work flow through the system settings, initiate, self-running, To achieve efficient operation and specifications of work, In line with Chian Construction Bank of practice "customer first, attention to detail," the service concept of demand, in line with of network-based, paperless office trend, reflects the use of e-government in Dali Branch of Chian Construction Bank.
