Thus the urgent need of computer technology means to manage, and get rid of the traditional manual management mode, Facilitate management decision-making fast and effective management of personnel in order to keep pace management, So strengthening the adult teaching materials management is a key part of our department for teaching management.The Material Management System adopted B/S structure and based on the struts of the MVC model in the system of development and designs, in order to facilitate data business management , Hierarchical system used in this system: WEB-tier application, Servlet and JSP server-side technology such as the related components in the program, and communicating with the clients; passing data among business levels, and data is mainly connected with the database via JDBC in order to make materials data access and adjust.The system mainly includes the following modules after detailed demands and feasibility analysis: management for teachers and students, information management for materials, distribution management, materials fees of revenue and expenditure management, and information management for systems, all of these design and development of major functional blocks basically meet the needs of actual work for the Adult Education College.Through practical applications, in the thesis the design of the system structure is clear and stable framework, scalable to meet the expectations of management needs. Improving the distribution accuracy and the achievement efficiency for the adult teaching materials before semesters in advance and at the same time setting the foundation for the adult teaching materials management.
