| With the society development,competition becomes more and more strong, and the ERP system as a new power strikes many corporations. If the corporation wants to be in the position,perfect management,high-speed information and advanced technique will become necessary conditions. ERP(Enterprise Resource Plan)system is a growing market need for integration of both the latest computer technology and modern management thinking of a new type of integrated management system software.The information technology transformation is one of the most important key steps to re-engerize the stateowned tranditional industies in the northeast China. A comprehensive enterprise resource management (ERP) system is introduced to the ShenyangMint as the core content of its information technology transformation to the manufacturingsystem to promote the efficiency and standardize the execution.In this study, a full-customer designed ERP system has been established covering the manufacturing planning and process, finance, sourcing, inventory and sales. The ERP system, matching with the information technology level of Shenyang Mint, is designed with top-down methodology to meet the business requirements. The hierarchy models and concrete modules of the ERP system are introduced for both hardware and software design after reviewing the ERP history, the merits and shortcomings of the existing ERP products. The detailed inplementation of the inventory and sourcing sub-systems are given out too. Through introducing the multi-objective decision-making models and decision-making optimization algorithms in the sourcing sub-system, which has critical impact to the quality and cost, the quick and effective solutions for the enterprise supplier chain management and sourcing decision-make are now available.Of course, Rome is not built in one day. The ERP system of Shenyang Mint can not be completed with all the advantages with single shoot. The next step of Shenyang Mint ERP is also mentioned as well as the exisiting problems at the end of the research. |
